This project involves the construction of a welcome building and four hotel reception buildings, all designed with steel structures to ensure strength, durability, and efficient construction. The welcome building will serve as the main entrance Al-Montaza Palace, providing an inviting atmosphere for guests upon arrival, with its steel framework allowing for an open, spacious design that can accommodate large groups of visitors. The four hotel reception buildings, strategically located throughout the complex, will offer streamlined check-in services and personalized guest experiences. The use of steel for all buildings ensures quick assembly, flexibility in design, and resistance to environmental factors such as corrosion, fire, and seismic activity.
