At MANCREW, we attain this through seamless logistics and specialized coordination of production, at our plants in Borg El Arab,Alexandria. Our actions towards ensuring the latest fabrication machinery and equipment, combined with state-of-the art production systems and software, have direct results on our deliverables: a yearly production capacity of 43,000 to 47,000 tons of steel structural, with the schedule compression of the fabrication process. MANCREW Factory is a 65,000 sqm facility located in New Borg El-Arab industrial zone.

Our facility is organized to generate enhanced logistics and production processes, as our plant in is equipped with fully-automated cutting and drilling lines for light to heavy steel structures and Full Automatic Beam Welding Lines required to ensure high levels of productivity and to achieve the desired accuracy. The machines are in a very good condition as 20% of equipment are 4-10 years old, 60% are 2-3 years old and remaining machines have been completely renewed or purchased within the last couple of years. The factory maintains an adequate track record of maintenance which increases equipment availability. In workshops overhead cranes of appropriate capacity are installed.
