The work scope was complete supply and erection of the steel structure including decking and roofing system in addition to civil work for the development of a new Alexandria downtown featuring a series of steel-structural buildings with a total weight of 10,000 tons, designed to serve as a bustling hub for commercial, dining, and event spaces. The steel structures provide the strength and flexibility required to accommodate a variety of uses, from retail shops and restaurants to coffee shops and marriage venues.
